New Downtown Wilkes-Barre Bar

At his new restaurant and bar, he will have martinis and drinks served with fresh squeezed juice from fruits and vegetables. Tom Sobieski is the "master mixologist," Stella said.

The chef is Peter Adams, who formerly was the chef as Martini Ristorante and Bar, the Rustic Kitchen, the Westmoreland Club in Wilkes-Barre and Dominic's at Harveys Lake. Adams also worked in California, Philadelphia and New York City. The restaurant will feature a unique menu that includes wood-fired pizzas. A selection of Italian wines also is available and fine dining is planned in the future, Stella said. The martini bar and restaurant will be open Wednesday through Saturday beginning at 4:30 p.m.
