Welcome to The Gem and Keystone.

We are proud to present our premiere menu. Our chefs prepare only all-natural meats and seafood from the Smithsonians Sustainable Seafood List, complemented by many items sourced from small farms and artisan producers as close to home as possible. In season, our private chef's garden will produce a special bounty from the rich soil along the Delaware River, augmenting a selection of the region's finest meats, cheeses, and produce.

We are most excited to present superior, hand-crafted ales and lagers from our very own ShawneeCraft Brewing Company, created just a short walk from our doors by award-winning Brewmaster Leo Bongiorno. Our cuisine is specially designed to be paired with selections from the brewery.

Guests will find only the best in seasonally driven fare, a result of The Gem and Keystone and ShawneeCraft Brewing Company sharing a commitment to always remain True to Nature, True to the Craft. We are equally passionate about creating a sustainable environment and reducing our carbon footprint through our business practices.

Our new restaurant is the official home of ShawneeCraft® artisanal beers---handcrafted and brewed on the premises for your refreshment. The Gem and Keystone's menu features special bounty produced from the rich soil along the Delaware River from our own private Shawna Farm™ (in season), local produce, all natural meats, PA farmstead cheeses and sustainable seafood, which matches up to the resort’s mission of reducing their carbon footprint and encouraging a healthier lifestyle.
