Description:

Kevin McDonald and his wife, Helen, have been the proprietors of Damentis Restaurant in Mountaintop for 26 years. Kevin, who is the chef at the restaurant, was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and began his career in Denver, Colorado, where he attended the University of Denver. After working in Denver and Steamboat Springs, Kevin and his wife returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania.
